I've put on almost 10 pounds the last few months because I started going to the gym less and eating so much crap food.

Getting back on track lately. Going to the gym more and stopped eating so much crap food. Just need to cut out the soda (think I'm done with this now) and alcohol. Still tempted by salty snacks 🤤
