My son wants to do longer races so I'm looking into 10ks. Not for me. Running a 5k is hard enough. But it would be nice to run with him. Of course everything is a race to him so he'd leave me in the dust.
I felt fantastic when I ran. My son says he feels better now that he runs everyday. More energy release of endorphins all that fun stuff. Just goes to show what exercise can do.
