The straterra doesn't give you a push; it helps you steer. Coffee (and I think the recently added wellbutrin has a slight stimulating effect) is what gets me going. Also, because I am such a dosage wimp, 2.5 mg of saphris is enough to sleep but not enough to cause any additional morning fog. I have brain fog all day every day with or without meds, so I am largely habituated to a surreal view of the world.
