I attended one of them a few years back. It is hard to find people to donate to the walk. People just don't want to donate to a mental illness cause. I even posted on facebook that I was doing the walk and that I was looking for sponsors but no one donated anything. I donated a little and my parents donated some. But that was it. There is one coming up in October but I'm not sure I can make it this year. I already have to go to Cleveland once in October for a dentist appointment. Not sure I can afford to go twice in one month. It's hard being on a fixed budget. Especially if you have other things you need to pay for at the moment. Maybe next year.
