As others have said, you have the right to see your chart so you can ask any time. In my state the request has to be made in writing and the therapist is obligated to give copies or summary of the records or provide access to the records within 15 business days. You have to check what the rules are in your state that pertains to seeing your therapy records, but you have the right to see them one way or another.
