I had male breast Aug surgery done awhile ago. while I was very pleased with the results, I had a Panic attack at my sister's house while at her swim party. It was the first time at a pool since my surgery and I was really looking forward to going and I guess showing off a bit. anyway I had an attack my first ever, not sure why or what caused it but since then I have been very self conscious of my situation.
