Yes I noticed a difference as well to the foods I've eaten and I try to stay away from fast food and processed food. I rather eat food that's fresh and clean. Fish is very good for you. Also try drinking lots of water and adding lemon to your water helps from forming kidney stones. I got kidney stones last year and my doctor told me to add that to my water. Once I wake up, I drink a tall glass of water and add lemon. When I eat a snack, I enjoy eating hummis with whole wheat tortilla chips or crackers.
Just make a list for yourself on foods you'd like to try and what foods you'd like to stay away from.
