I think flashbacks got a new respect for us because grouding doesn't always work when it is the alter carrying it . I think you have to build something to cover up what it wants to reveal when it is the most opportune time. For instance, if the cruddy bathroom of self women doesn't we are trying everything to ground to the point of headaches ugot build up a barrier put clean tissues boxes so clean things talk it out. everyone of our grounding tricks wont work is it some sort of memory was there humilatin with sanitary items are the weak alter doing everything you gotta get it to safe pictures or other human interactions before it consumes you...Flashback can also help for more detailed shares of what is happening in the history....Dont get me wrong i hate them with a passion but they are needed it is like u gotta live me with i gotta tolerate you....If everybody views it maybe it wil take a team to dissipate it.
