I have some concern that I may have caused my persistent brain fog from almost daily drug use in my teens. I tapered off to being an occasional user in my 20s, stopped using illegal drugs completely around age 30 and got the brain fog before age 35, and there were some years when I didn't use drugs before I got the fog. I still wonder, though.
