I'm a quiet one also. I keep my mouth shut most of the time. But just because we are quiet doesn't mean we are powerless. We see more and understand more than the louder crowd. We have more compassion for the weak. Our strength is quiet but it's still strength.
The loud and manipulative are often their own worst enemies. The world balances. It rights itself. A bully can't hurt another person without also hurting themselves.
Our strength is that we can see through all of this. We aren't fooled or impressed by the bully, but we are also not fooled or impressed by the nameless crowd that they are trying to influence.
You can already see through it, so take the high road. Don't give it the power to keep hurting you.
