There is sorta a prayer I say every morning, in Hebrew it starts, "Modeh Ani"
Means "I thank". Essentially thanking G-d for restoring my soul to me so I can live another day.

Hi thank you. I figured that I was already very good at noticing and keeping track of the bad stuff. Once I started purposely paying attention to the good, I just kind of lost track of the bad stuff. It just kind of worked itself out
I really like your prayer idea! There's an interesting hawaiian prayer too. It is "I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you." You say it to yourself, to the universe, to God, to everything in your mind. It works off the idea that everything in your world.. all the people events etc, are really inside yourself. You perception and thoughts and beliefs and feelings are all your own responsibility because they are within you. So the prayer helps you cleanse all the negative energy from yourself and in return from your world. I've been researching it a lot. Just thought you might be interested.
