Dude, my weight started at 178. He put me on Risperdal and I immediately gained weight. Like, within the one week I was in the psychward getting my first doses of Risperdal I coudlnt wear my 32 pant size anymore. I shot to something like 240. I had so many side effects that I had a yelling argument with my psychiatrist and he put me on Geodon and I went back down to 180. The difference in AP was astounding. Then I had all those problems with anti depressants and then I was put on mood stabilizers and I gained some of the pooch back.

Now all those meds have jacked my body even though I'm off them and I just can't shake the weight. I'm trying fiber and probiotics, I take some other supplements. This winter Ill start working out again, ill have time since I don't work much when its snowing outside.

I tried working out about a year and a half ago and since by default the new normal is a bit stocky I don't really lose the weight it just goes straight to muscle. I'm not a fan of big muscles, but maybe if I start doing full body resistance training again I can get somewhere. Maybe the white fat will turn to brown fat which burns more calories and keeps you warmer.
