I didn't get to work my arms on the machine today because one of the physical therapists needed the machine. I should bring in my upper body exercise sheets and do them with the weights. But I'm afraid I'll destroy the paper, carrying it to the gym everyday. They're supposed to be used with two pound weights, to start on. And the weights are in the gym so I can feasibly only do them there. I've got to give myself some credit though. It's easy to stop, but I have pretty good motivation.
