"Better" is figurative. Depends on where you live and what you insurance is. Another problem is that many of the pdocs here don't except insurance. So the ones that do are very hard to get in to. I pay $200 a visit. But that gets you access to your pdoc at anytime. Office phone calls returned promptly. If I need a med change ASAP. he will call it in. I have learned with pdoc's you get what you pay for.
