You can use cbt for depression. Pick 3 things you enjoy and do all of them at once, you need to do 3 senses usually. Ie burn a candle or incense while listening to music and flipping through a favorite magazine or website.

Yeah, I realize I'm actually kind of am doing that already. I'm at work trying to get my hackintosh setup on my laptop working while listening to music on my desktop.
