Well I'm on 200mg lamictal and 60mg Latuda. I don't substitute words for other words, but I do forget the names of simple things. I blame lamictal for that. I think I would be more worried if I had your problem. Your pdoc is an MD too; it seems like he would want to get to the bottom of it.
