Where do we draw the line?
I believe that self awareness is the first requirement in navigating life with mental health issue. However, where do you draw the line? In other words, can you tell when self awareness turns into self criticism and guilt?
I try my best to be aware of my actions so that I can take responsibility but before I know, it turns into severe self criticism and guilt.
Can you share your experiences? Do you give as much importance to self awareness?
