Thank you Sheila for the website and I really love the way you and your managers dealt with the bully. Unfortunately I was not that lucky in a previous job before when I got bullied. Really well done, you clearly prevented this guy from abusing you and surely other people, don't feel bad and if you find any useful information about trauma releasing I will be interested too. Like you I have to deal with some past traumas.
