Got just over 10k steps today (was called in for a shorter 5 hour shift, so not as much walking as an 8 hour shift).
Also just completed an evening workout - a cardio and abs routine from FitnessBlender. It's one of their exercise videos made specifically for people who get bored easily, and no one exercise is ever repeated. Keeps things fresh and it was a solid routine overall.

35 minutes total including the warm up I added.
