Hey! Sorry you're feeling overwhelmed.

I have been on both ends of the spectrum: I've cut off people who were not good for me, and people have cut me off because I was toxic to them. When I got cut off, upon reflection I knew I had to take responsibility for my part. Whether or not they do this is something you have no control over nor is it your "job" or responsibility. You have to look out for your own emotional health, and if they were hurting you, you did the right thing.

As far as being overwhelmed, try to break down your obligations, goals, and priorities down into smaller pieces. I have an anxiety disorder, so oh boy do I know what overwhelmed feels like. I've found that, for me (can't speak for you), the things I was overwhelmed over were not quite as insurmountable as I had originally assumed, and so long as I took a deep breath and did things one step at a time, it all worked out okay. Like my mother would often say: "See? You were stressing out over nothing!" That's not to say that my problems were "nothing," just that in my own mind I made them seem bigger than they were. Baby steps. Break it down and do one thing at a time. You got this
