i was transferred because i broke a rule i didn't even know they had and started dating a coworker. We were very discrete and it never affected our ability to do our jobs but another coworker got jealous and told on us. We had already agreed that if it came down to it he would transfer so i wouldn't have to but they said its not his decision. I told them i did not want to transfer and would have a hard time getting to and from work since it is further away and i don't have a car of my own. Needless to say they transferred me anyway and since day one i have hated everything about this store. The location the managers coworkers customers the way they do things just everything even the lighting. I gave it time to get used to it but it just keeps getting worse and now this.
My boyfriend is no longer with the company so thats no longer an issue. My old store is short handed and this one is overstaffed. I have been asking for this transfer but can't even get a straight answer out of these people. I'm not even sure who i should be asking. My manager keeps blowing me off our district manager doesn't return calls and neither does our HR department.

My manager's problem is that she knows no one can do what i do as fast and as well as i do it but thats not my problem. The manager at my old store said the same thing but they still moved me and that store has been struggling ever since. My new store, however is doing better than ever since i have been there.
