Thanks for the welcome! Work has been completely nuts and defeating the past few days. Anyway, I guess my next step is to see a professional. Before I do, what can I expect? I read that lithium was the most prescribed medication for this. And It doesn't look like some of the side effects are great. And I don't want to feel like a zombie either.
