Does anyone have any information regarding how successful Naltrexone is in treating Bipolar/Alcoholism? Most of the information I've found dates back nearly two decades...anything more recent? This question was asked on another site and I'm just curious because when I was in rehab the only alcohol treatment I got was AA.
