Got over 12k steps today.

So glad that the weekend is here.
Also just finished a lower body tabata/strength routine. Intense exercises for short periods of time, several times. It definitely had me feeling pooped by the end and I had to modify a couple of exercises.

44 minutes total. Still, it's something I'll come back to at some point and hopefully I will have improved! Will not be surprised if my legs are sore tomorrow.
