For me, it doesn't even have to be a holiday or rhyme or reason...just some days are easier spent with myself rather than fighting anxiety to go out on my own...IWhen I am with Moggles, I can go out and laugh, most times, but if I don't have to go out while he is at work, I often don't...maybe that is something I should work on???
