I try hard not to let myself slip into the low key sulk and it occurs to me that I have some disappointments that I am really not processing even though I really need to. Not dwell on them, but in some cases get closure and in others think about possible solutions even if that leads to having to take a stressful action. I keep kicking the can down the road because looking in the can is not going to be fun. I am not sure if I am making sense or not. I sometimes think my fear of getting depressed keeps me from working through unpleasant situations. Letting them fester is no better.
