blergh!! i am finally done with the reading of this interminable chapter, and now i'm trying to complete one of the activities, but it's not working correctly!! damn it! i did not work on this all dang day just to not be able to finish it tonight. grr. i guess i'll email tech support.

eta: submitted a case to tech support. i skipped that part and did the chapter quiz and got 100%. I shall relax now.
