I think it is about discovering the "me" under all those layers of stuff, dumped on us through life.

Have you heard the analogy of the diamond in the sand? When it is covered by sand, you can no longer see it. But it is still there, sparkling. We just have to figure out a way of removing the sand. And that takes time, as when we move some, other sand can take its place.

Never stop believing that it can be done though. We just have to find the right tools.
