I'm not saying to follow my lead but what I did was message T (because I found her instagram) though I wasn't supposed to. I had a panic attack in front of her the next session and we discussed why I texted her. (I was tipsy, miserable, heavily considering SH...I'd say you being so suicidal is a crisis)

I also will call the hospital (she works there) during business hours and ask them to ask her to call me back through the hospital line (I don't get to see her direct office number, it's masked as the hospital general line). Usually she calls back in half a day or the following day, both during business hours.

Your "friends" are really not friends. I have former "friends" like that and it was better to be lonely than have them mock and disdain me.
