She didn't answer the message because her boundaries is she won't reply though now I'm allowed to message as much as I need though we'll discuss IF I message too much. It helps me to know she does read periodically because she tells me she does read and sometimes comments in session about the content of my messages.

But if i call the office, she thus far has always called back and she's talked with me for up to 40 minutes so far.
