I can relate very much to your post and problem. I too have things I must face and overcome but I truly don't know how or if it's even possible. The advise I get isn't working and doing nothing is not working. Some of the issues are so big and terrorizing that I'm unsure there is even a solution other than waiting to die. But perhaps there is one and I will keep searching. I hope you find ways to overcome this.
