I'm on 2 bipolar meds and one for anxiety. A mood stabilizer wasn't enough for depression, so had to add Latuda. I try to be on as few meds on as low dosages as I can get away with to be stable. Occasionally I'll throw an in AP to knock out a mixed episode for about a month then drop it like a hot potato.
Word. I don't like meds, I hate the idea of meds, and I'm very conservative with dosages.

Nonetheless, I do recognize that no one gives out prizes for suffering, and if a med can keep me from suffering, I'll give it a shot. I've tried a bunch, I'm on a bunch, and it's what works for me right now.

Geez, guys, lighten up. If they help more than they suck, take 'em. If you need more than one, no big deal. You can always stop taking a med if it turns sour on you.

It's your own manifestation of a general condition. Own it.
