I’m sorry you’re going through this. I’ve had meds do this before and it was horrible trying to sleep while your muscles were pretty much flexing all night! I actually got cramps and spasms in my legs from it. I can’t remember exactly which med did It seeing as I’ve been on so many different ones. I would suggest a magnesium supplement before bed. Also, valerian root helps me relax nicely before bed too. Maybe a hot bath with Epsom salts. I’ve really been trying and studying vitamins lately and there’s a lot of trial and error and money wasted but valerian root and magnesium are keepers for me. When all else fails, I take Benadryl but it takes a high amount to get the relaxing benefits though. But I also take 300 mg seroquel at night but it doesn’t have a muscle relaxing effect for me. When I was going through this, even 900 mg didn’t work!
