I’m on 300-600 mg seroquel at night and I’m 105lbs. Ive been taking seroquel for 12 years now. I drink apple cider vinager mixed with lemon water all day as a diuretic and I swear by the supplement garcinia cambogia. Do a google search on either of these things and you’ll see a lot of diets and lifestyles that include these methods. But it’s not always that easy. I also weight train every other day and eat lean protein with every single meal.
