Hmm, yeah; see I’ve lost over 60 pounds since Christmas. Went from 176 pounds to my current 112. Why? No medical reason. I thought that I was 116-118 but I had my backpack on, so 112.

I have severe diabetes so I eat small meals 4 times a day with two ‘snacks’ allowed. Average daily calorie intake is under 1,000.

Maybe you could eat as if you had diabetes?

I dunno of a better ‘diet.’

I do agree with this routine as diabetes runs rampant in my family whether you’re overweight or not. Everyone on my moms side became diabetic in their late 30’s-40’s so I do eat very similar to this. Especially about the small meals about 5-6 times a day rather than 3 regular meals. The more often you eat, the more the body has to work therefor a higher metabolism. I also became a certified trainer years ago and this is what we were taught and it’s what I stand by... especially for those who need to watch their sugar. And watch those labels! Foods that say “light” or “low fat” almost always hide in their amount of sugars and carbs. I honestly don’t even bother with those labels but instead I read the numbers on the back. [emoji106]
