Hi, Bluie. Do you have any friends at work? I would call them before you leave for work in the mornings, talk with them for a few minutes and "connect" with them so you can let it go whether or not you'll be late. I've always had the same problem with not being able to be late and being anxious (starting too early somewhere, etc.) but have found that if I connect with where I'm going then I know they know where I am and when I'm likely to be there, etc. and that is a relief to me. If you have a friendly coworker or know who answers the phones at your work, just call and "check in" with them and let them know how you're doing, etc. and it might help you relax about it.
