My hallucinations are worse for me.

I hear spirits telling me I'm worthless, no good, and hopeless. Then they are screaming in my ear that I am being followed by someone who wants to torture and kill me. Run away... go hide... they are going to find you. One night walking home from work when I was in Cincinnati I saw what was a full figure man with a knife. I ran home... not quite sure if it was that or a hallucination. I could go on but I don't feel like it.
