I've been in a slump for about 8 months . have barely even brushed my hair during that time let alone anything else .
I want to start living again and I need all the tips I can get .
I need to take baby steps though . I want to get healthy and look after my appearance and get fit and meet people . maybe go to na meetings again or ca .
I'm currently doing nothing constructive and have little confidence or motivation . I feel really crappy too . so I need advice how to make small positive changes in my life towards my goals with out it being too hard or overwhelming that I simply give up again and fall back into the slump
