I'm sorry that you are feeling hopeless.

It sounds like you really care about your performance at work. You must really care about doing a good job. That's a good thing! There aren't so many people around that really really care these days.

I for one can really be a perfectionist. It absolutely burns me when I make a mistake, especially if I'm not sure what I did or how to correct it. Making mistakes and especially not being able to correct them really takes a toll on my self-esteem. I can understand how that review process could make someone really distraught. It doesn't sound very efficient, that's for sure.

I get through hard times by believing that everything serves a purpose and sometimes troubles really give you the opportunity to grow. I sometimes feel better in a hard situation by asking myself what the lesson is. What is life teaching me here? And I ask myself how would I respond to this situation if I had the biggest kindest most compassionate heart in the world. In my life, it seems like the same struggles keep popping up until I figure them out. That's the point of trying. The days come and go regardless. You can try or not try. You can search until you find the answer or you can continue on suffering.

I am hoping for you and rooting for you. Sending you lots of hugs and good vibes.
