I'm not sure if you are referring to content of posts that are upsetting to you or actual posters themselves.

Either way there are things you can do to protect yourself here. First you might check with others or the T to see if coming here is indeed something safe enough for you. It might not be a good idea so consider that one possibility.

By knowing what triggers or upsets you in posts you could then tell that to a few friends and PM them asking if they could preview posts or threads for potentially upsetting material.
