I am sorry you are experiencing these debilitating symptoms.
The answer to your question is undoubtedly yes: along with the cognitive symptoms, PTSD, there are in fact physical symptomatology. They refer to these symptoms as SOMATIC symptoms.
It is VERY common to experience these physical symptoms in conjunction with a PTSD diagnosis.
I feel physical pain all the time when I am triggered. I feel it right now as I am typing this. Usually it is intense anger that leads to these symptoms. I feel worn down as well. It is absolutely 100% exhausting..
