My sister in law takes Thorazine every night. It's the only thing that helps her sleep. No TD, but not sure of other side effects. She doesn't work so she doesn't have to worry about being overly sedated. I think she wakes up around 4-5am but then goes back to sleep from 8-10ish usually.
