Have you had allergy testing? I once tested allergic to everything, then years later I tested allergic to nothing. I switched allergists, and before he even tested me he diagnosed me based on the odd results and my descriptions of going through every kind of soap and shampoo that sometimes are ok and sometimes not ok. I was going crazy. I showed him my arm all red with welts just from my purse.

It's not allergies at all. It's autoimmune in my case. It has active and inactive phases. Dermatographic urticaria. He said skin tests don't work on me because I react to a sterile needle with a welt. He did a blood draw instead. Anyway-be sure to get actual testing if you haven't. I know my rashes are autoimmune anyway.
