And yeah, it's a $250 cancellation fee. I think it's pretty fair though. I mean, it's gotta suck when you have 1 client who makes lots of appointments, then ALWAYS cancels at the last minute when someone who REALLY needed an appointment could have had that one. It hurts other clients more than the therapist, I presume.

My pdoc's office doesn't allow pharmacists to contact them for refills. I don't know why. I've asked the office and they said it's their policy...? I have to pay $30 for a random nurse/doctor in the office to write a script... So maybe that's why. Maybe it's about them wanting to make money.

Pretty sh_tty, I know. This is another reason I need a new pdoc, specifically one outside this office. I didn't know I'd have medication troubles.
