I start with 50 mg if I am still awake in 3Omins I take another 50 mg. I usually sleep about 14 hours after I break down and take it.

I will say if you take it on a regular basis the sedating effect wears off, So I wont take it unless I really really need it.

To me the hangover is worth it if I am just not sleeping for Shyt.
