Overall it made me feel good like I still have a job there if I can recover in a reasonable amount of time. Frustrating that he keeps saying he doesn't understand like it's a judgement. In the past he's compared me to other coworkers with physical ailments that don't have depression as if I should look at those with worse problems and "snap out of it" but in the context of this email it seemed more gentle.
