Only way I could deal with burnout was to take medical leave of absence from the company I worked for. Unfortunately I waited too long & ended up having a break down & never could go back.
It's important to take care of yourself BEFORE it gets so bad that you can't recover....please take care of yourself. A nice relaxing vacation that totally gets away for several weeks would be a good place to start. Also thinking about relocating your living space would be good too....so that when you are away from work there is a REAL sense of distance. Living in the environment you work in is definitely not wise especially when dealing with burn out....probably a contributing factor
