I sure hope you feel better. with "red blotches" it doesn't sound like scarlet fever. it's more like a fine, sand papery rash on torso, but not too red. it sounds like you're having hives. daughter did this with a viral infection she got one time. not only was she sick as heck, the hives added torment. with everything that's going on, i sure hope you can get to dr.
