Just finished a morning workout.

I chose a 27 minute long low impact routine from FitnessBlender that I hadn't done for a while. I can tell I'm getting in better shape because it used to make me sweat and feel more tired, and today my body just got warmed up and I -barely- started a sweat.
These used to be workout routines for me, but now they're like very long warm-up routines which I'm fine with. The low impact routines are perfect for getting my butt up on work days.
