I agree with WC that a neurologist might help. It would be cool if that person could work together with the person prescribing your psych meds, too. I know that my grandma has advanced dementia, and her psychiatrist and neurologist work together, which helps A LOT. (She has severe anxiety, panic attacks, and depression that are independent of her dementia.) Some of her psych meds (like Seroquel) cause balance issues, which is a common side effect in the elderly, so her neurologist has some other meds that she takes to counteract that a bit.
